Los Angeles Dodgers suffered a major blow on their second of their Freeway Series at Angels Stadium of Anaheim, losing Corey Seager with probably a Grade-2 left hamstring injury.
Dave Roberts said Corey Seager will have MRI tomorrow. Early results are Grade 2 plus strain of hamstring. No timetable yet.

Seager was running at second with one out in the 9th inning, down 5-3 with Alex Verdugo at the plate.
Verdugo delivered a base hit through the middle of the infield. While going around third, the Dodgers shortstop started limping and grabbing the back of his upper left leg.

He went 3 for 4 in their second straight defeat against the Angels. Dodgers left 15 men on base for the night.
Seager injury major blow for the Dodgers offense
He entered Tuesday as MLB’s hottest hitter in the last two weeks..
In his last 14 games, Seager was hitting .409, with an OPS of 1.265, with 12 extrabases out of 18 hits.
And of course, the most the Dodgers are going to miss their recent run-producer.
Corey’s 12 RBI’s were also one the best in the league, while the rest of the team have been unable to drive in runs in recent games.
